From pizzas to gluten-free
At that time, the Fasce family owned a company that produced pizzas. Little by little, in order to meet Edoardo’s needs, they began to develop gluten-free products, at first for family use.
By the time the scale of gluten intolerance was widely understood, the company had already built up considerable experience.
The production of pizzas was expanded and Edoardo, by now an adult, founded ‘Le Bontà di Edo’, entirely dedicated to the production of gluten-free foods.
